Key specifications: type T-shaped metal handle for cleaning brush, material Metal, length (mm) 300.

The hole cleaning brush is a cylindrical brush with nylon or steel bristles, manual or with a drill fitting, used to clean drilling dust out of the hole before injecting the chemical anchor.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Choose the diameter suited to the hole and insert it all the way to the bottom with a rotating, back-and-forth movement. Alternate brushing and blowing as indicated by the anchor manufacturer, because a dirty or dusty hole reduces the holding strength. For deep holes, fit an extension. Brushes with bent or worn bristles should be replaced.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Residential construction

Renovation

Technical data

Type: T-shaped metal handle for cleaning brush

Material: Metal

Length (mm): 300

Use: Cleaning the hole before injecting the chemical anchor

Pack (pcs): 1

Who it is for

Designed for formwork carpenters, metal fabricators, building maintenance operatives and bricklayers.

Related products

Cleaning brush handle SPIT 151262

Cleaning kit, SPIT 88026

Universal acetic silicone — from the category Professional Acrylic, PU, MS Polymer and Bituminous Sealants

Anchor Viper Xtrem, SPIT — from the category Chemical Anchors

Panel foam Tytan — from the category Polyurethane (PU) Foams for Filling and Sealing

Browse the whole category: Adhesive and Sealant Application Systems

Before you order

In your request, please state the length and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
