Designed for applications that require mechanical strength and durability, it is aimed at building companies, engineering practices and industrial maintenance staff working in demanding environments.

Chemical anchor is a two-component resin in a cartridge that, injected into the drilled hole, bonds threaded rods and internally threaded sockets to the substrate; the category includes mesh sleeves and injection accessories.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill the substrate to the specified diameter and depth, clean the hole with a brush and blow-out pump, repeating several times, and insert a mesh sleeve in hollow brick. Discard the first resin until the colour is uniform, inject from the bottom of the hole and insert the rod with a twisting motion. Apply load only after the curing time stated for the substrate temperature.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Residential construction

Renovation

Technical data

Capacity (ml): 1000

Material: Epoxy resin

Regulations: ETA-22/0469, ETA-22/0468

Who it is for

Designed for formwork carpenters, metal fabricators, building maintenance operatives and bricklayers.

Related products

Epoxy Chemical Anchor BCR E-PLUS 385, Bossong

Epoxy Chemical Anchor BCR E-PLUS 585, Bossong

Threaded rod with nut and washer, 4.8, Bossong — from the category Threaded Rods

BOSS 400 PNE chemical anchor dispenser Bossong — from the category Adhesive and Sealant Application Systems

3-flute SDS bit 3T Bossong — from the category Drill Bits for Granite, Masonry and Concrete

Browse the whole category: Chemical Anchors

Before you order

Tell us the quantities you need and the intended use: if there is a more suitable version, or an equivalent available sooner, we will let you know.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
