Key specifications: material Steel, length (mm) 300.

The hole cleaning brush is a cylindrical brush with nylon or steel bristles, manual or with a drill fitting, used to clean drilling dust out of the hole before injecting the chemical anchor.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Choose the diameter suited to the hole and insert it all the way to the bottom with a rotating, back-and-forth movement. Alternate brushing and blowing as indicated by the anchor manufacturer, because a dirty or dusty hole reduces the holding strength. For deep holes, fit an extension. Brushes with bent or worn bristles should be replaced.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Residential construction

Renovation

Technical data

Material: Steel

Length (mm): 300

Who it is for

Designed for formwork carpenters, metal fabricators, plumbers and bricklayers.

Related products

Hand nylon brush DeWalt DFC1660000

Steel brush DeWalt DFC1670550

Fire-resistant neutral silicone FFRS Fischer — from the category Professional Acrylic, PU, MS Polymer and Bituminous Sealants

Mesh sleeve for chemical anchor 85x16mm DeWalt DFC4710050 — from the category Chemical Anchors

Single-component, closed-cell polyurethane foam Polipur Idraulica NPT Sigill — from the category Polyurethane (PU) Foams for Filling and Sealing

Browse the whole category: Adhesive and Sealant Application Systems

Before you order

In your request, please state the length and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
