Supplied in packs of 50, they combine the practicality of a threaded stud with the high corrosion resistance of A4 stainless steel, which is also suited to exposed or aggressive environments.

Stainless threaded rod is stainless steel rod threaded along its entire length, used for tie rods and anchor fixings outdoors and in damp or aggressive environments.

What it is for

Used for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor, for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated and for supporting pipework and ductwork.

How to use it

Cut to length and clean up the thread by running a nut over it. Fix with chemical anchor or in connectors and tighten with nuts and washers that are also stainless, to avoid galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals. In marine or chloride-laden environments, A4 stainless is preferred over A2.

Where it is used

Industrial construction

Residential construction

Building services

Mechanical engineering industry

Technical data

Length (mm): 40

Thread at: M10

Pieces per pack: 50

Stainless steel: A4

Who it is for

Designed for electricians, metal fabricators, plumbers and industrial maintenance technicians.

Related products

Threaded rods, sleeves, hooks and eyebolts, Fischer

Threaded rod FIS M A2 Fischer

Safety lock nut MU-SL R M12 (Art. 562014) Fischer — from the category Hex Nuts

Washer FFD - for seismic applications C2 (accessory) Fischer — from the category Flat Washers

Epoxy resin FIS EM Plus 1 Fischer — from the category Chemical Anchors

Browse the whole category: A2 Stainless Steel Threaded Rods (AISI 304)

Before you order

In your request, please state the length and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0926/9864/0716/files/W1_P_G_1543246787_GS-A4-01_F_SALL_AQQ_V1_9c20e470-8d00-4c98-96bc-63621073bcf5.jpg?v=1781605422
