Key specifications: type L-connector with improved bond, material AISI 304 stainless steel, use fixing fibreglass reinforcing mesh (Kimitech WALLMESH).

Fixing connectors are anchors, plates and fittings that secure structural strengthening systems, such as steel fabrics, helical bars and ceiling anti-collapse meshes, to the substrate.

What it is for

Used for strengthening masonry and concrete structures and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Follow the layout and spacing specified in the strengthening design. Drill the substrate to the specified diameter, clean the hole and insert the connector, setting it with the resin or mortar specified for the system. Then connect it to the fabric, bar or mesh and check that every point is firmly anchored before applying the skim coat.

Where it is used

Conservation and restoration

Renovation

Technical data

Type: L-connector with improved bond

Material: AISI 304 stainless steel

Use: fixing fibreglass reinforcing mesh (Kimitech WALLMESH)

Hole diameter (mm): min. 20

Who it is for

Designed for bricklayers and restorers.

Related products

Stainless steel tubular element Kimisteel INOX X-T Kimia

Connector Kimisteel Connect Kimia

Helical bar in stainless steel Kimisteel INOX X-BAR Kimia — from the category FRP and FRCM Structural Strengthening Systems

Two-part thixotropic styrene-free polyester resin Kimitech F3 Kimia — from the category Chemical Anchors

Thixotropic fibre-reinforced cementitious mortar Betonfix MONOLITE R Kimia — from the category Fibre-Reinforced Thixotropic Cement Mortars

Browse the whole category: Fixing Connectors

Before you order

In your request, please state the diameter and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0926/9864/0716/files/kimisteel-connect_82abffcf-4ff2-4a61-b8f5-dcd64f6fdcfb.jpg?v=1789110551
