The charge is obtained with high voltage (corona effect) or by friction (tribo). It may be hand-held or mounted on an automatic system.

What it is for

Used for coating wood, metal and masonry surfaces.

How to use it

The workpiece to be coated, metallic, clean and degreased, must be earthed. Connect the gun to the powder feed and to clean, dry compressed air, and adjust the powder flow and charge. Spray at a constant distance in a booth with extraction, and the workpiece then goes into the oven for curing. Work with a dust mask and with the gun disconnected during cleaning.

Where it is used

Vehicle body repair

Mechanical engineering industry

Mechanical workshops

Technical data

Application techniques: Airspray, water-based electrostatic

Weight (g): 580

Compressed air connection: M G 1/4''

Max product pressure (bar): 8

Max sound pressure level (dB(A)): 78

Material conductivity: 1-1 KΩ.cm

Nozzle size (mm): 0,3 - 2

Operating temperature: 5-40 °C

Who it is for

Designed for vehicle body repairers, metal fabricators, joiners and furniture makers.

Related products

Manual gun Corona PEM-X1 Wagner

Manual electrostatic gun GM 5020EACW Wagner

Green paper tape — from the category Paper Masking Tapes

Filtering face mask BLS 501 FFP2 NR D Neri 151148 — from the category Dust and Gas Respirators

Wallpaper stripper Strap Chemical Roadmaster — from the category Solvents and Thinners for Paints and Coatings

Browse the whole category: Misting and Spraying Systems

Before you order

In your request, please state the connection type and the quantities required, so we can give you the right quotation first time.

For prices and availability, request a quote from AMES Srl: we will reply with our quotation, delivery times and, where needed, an equivalent technical alternative.
