Screwdriving Bits
43 products
Bits, also called driver bits, are the interchangeable tips that fit onto drivers, drills and screwdrivers for driving and removing screws. They are chosen according to the shape of the screw head and are used on site, in the workshop and in assembly.
Types in the collection
- Slotted bits, for screws with a slotted head.
- Cross-head bits PH and PZ, for the most common screws.
- Torx (TX) bits, for screws with a star-shaped recess.
- Hex bits and magnetic nut-driver bits, for screws and bolts with a hexagonal head.
- Impact screwdriving bits (Impact Torsion series), in sets.
- Magnetic bit holders, also with an SDS-Plus fitting, for mounting and holding the bit in place.
How to choose
First of all you need the right profile (slotted, PH, PZ, Torx, hex) and the correct size, so as not to damage the screw and the bit. Impact drivers need impact bits, designed to withstand shocks. The length depends on the position of the screw.
AMES works by quotation: tell us the type of screws and the tool you use, and we will propose the right bits from DeWalt, Unifix, Fervi and Bossong.
