How to use it

Wear it where the head could be knocked against obstacles, as in low rooms or in the workshop, and it does not replace the safety helmet for work involving the risk of falling materials. Adjust it so that it stays in place and is comfortable. Replace it after a hard knock or if the shell is damaged.
