What it is
The type A – C anchor CSC Edilizia 413A is a structural anchoring device for fall arrest systems, made of Fe 510 B steel with hot-dip galvanising to ensure mechanical strength and corrosion protection even outdoors. It has a height of 280 mm, Ø 18 mm holes and 18x45 mm slots for fixing, with a weight of 6.50 kg; machining complies with the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768.
Lifeline anchors are certified posts, brackets and fixed points that are secured to the roof or structure for attaching lifelines and fall arrest devices.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
They are installed to design by a qualified installer, on a verified substrate (timber, concrete, steel, metal sheeting), using the fixings specified by the manufacturer. On completion, the installer issues the declaration and documentation, and the required periodic inspections are carried out. Workers check the anchor before clipping on and do not use it if it is deformed or has already arrested a fall.
