What it is
DeWalt DDF4420020 Premium metal conduit clips are fixing accessories with a 20 mm diameter, in size 100x20 mm, designed to secure pipes and conduits in a robust, long-lasting way. The metal construction offers mechanical strength suited to the most demanding applications, where plastic is not enough to guarantee stability over time.
Fixing clips and supports are small plastic or metal elements, often with a nail included or pre-fitted, fixed to the wall or ceiling to hold pipes, sheathing and cables in position.
What it is for
Used for powder-actuated fastening into concrete and steel, in the installation and maintenance of residential and industrial electrical systems and for supporting pipework and ductwork.
How to use it
Choose the element according to the diameter of the pipe or cable and the substrate (concrete, steel, brick). Position it at the intended point and fix it with the specified tool, away from the edges. Space them at regular intervals so that the run is followed without pinching the cables.
