What it is

The stop, or side fence, is a guide fitted on one side of the tile cutter bench, against which the tile is rested to cut square or to a set size and to repeat several identical cuts.
What it is for
Used for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting, for cutting ceramics and porcelain stoneware and for straight and shaped cuts in tiles and porcelain stoneware.
How to use it
Fix it to the bench with the screws or levers provided and adjust it to the required size or angle using a scale or a square. Check squareness with a test tile. Before each cut, check that the tile rests firmly against the stop, and keep the stop clean of dust and residues.
