What it is

The Awelco MAGNETIC WELDING HELP VARIABLE ANGLE magnetic welding square (code 88046) holds sheet metal, tubes and metal sections precisely in place during welding, freeing the operator's hands and ensuring stable, repeatable angles. An essential tool for professional welders, workshops and sites that require precision and speed in assembly.

Welding accessories are earth clamps and electrode holders, cables, welding magnets and anti-spatter sprays that complete the welder.

How to use it

Connect the earth clamp and cable to the welder, checking that the connectors are tight, then attach the earth clamp to a point of clean metal on the workpiece. Use magnets to hold parts square during tack welding. Spray anti-spatter on the workpiece and nozzle before welding. Replace damaged cables and clamps immediately.
