Adjust the headband so the helmet stays in place without pinching, and fasten the chin strap when working at height or moving about a lot. Do not drill, paint or apply stickers other than those approved by the manufacturer. Replace it after a heavy impact or on the stated expiry date, and change liners and padding when worn.
