Olive netting is a strong net laid on the ground under olive trees to catch the olives that fall during harvest and keep them clean of soil.

How to use it

Spread it under the canopy before beating or picking the fruit, overlapping the edges and holding it in place with pegs or weights. When harvesting is finished, gather it up from the sides, tip the olives into crates and fold the net away clean and dry.
