8-piece Torx bit set with bit holder

What it is

Driver bits are interchangeable cross-head, Pozidriv, Torx, hex or slotted bits, with bit holders and angle drives, to fit on screwdrivers and drivers.

Screwdriver bits are interchangeable Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx, hex or slotted tips, with bit holders and right-angle attachments, for fitting to drivers and screwdrivers.

What it is for

Used for repetitive screwdriving into wood, metal and plasterboard, where torque and consistency matter.

How to use it

Match the bit to the screw recess by type and size, without confusing PH and PZ, and lock it in the bit holder or chuck. Drive with the tool in line and steady pressure, using the clutch so as not to strip the screw; in tight spaces, fit a right-angle attachment. With impact drivers, use only impact-rated bits, replacing them as soon as the tip is worn.
