Front guardrail for timber CSC Edilizia 112 FR

What it is

The CSC Edilizia 112 FR front guardrail for timber is an edge protection device designed for front fixing on timber structures, typical of pitched roofs. Made of Fe 360 B steel with galvanising treatment for corrosion resistance, it has an adjustable clamp with an opening from 80 to 210 mm that allows it to adapt to beams and battens of different thickness; the weight is 9 kg. It complies with the EN 13374 standard for temporary edge protection systems.

A temporary guardrail is a temporary galvanised steel fall protection system, with posts, clamps or hooks and boards, fitted to the edges of slabs, roofs and excavations during works.

What it is for

Used for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system, for protecting edges and corners and for construction site safety.

How to use it

Choose the attachment according to the edge: clamp on a slab or beam, under-tile hook on a roof, freestanding base on a flat surface. Fit the posts at the spacings specified by the manufacturer and insert the rails and toe board without leaving openings. Check tightness before each shift and after wind or bad weather.
