Crimping pliers, or crimper, is a hand tool that squeezes metal terminals onto cables to make safe electrical connections.
What it is for

How to use it
Strip the cable to the length of the terminal, insert the terminal in the pliers die matching its size and squeeze fully, until the ratchet releases if fitted. Then pull the cable gently to check that the terminal holds.
