What it is
The CSC Edilizia 404-35 inclined base post is an anchor element for lifeline systems designed for installation on pitched roofs. Made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel and weighing 12.30 kg, it combines relative lightness with structural strength. Machining includes Ø18 mm holes and 18x45 mm slots for mounting and connecting the anchors, with tolerances in accordance with UNI-ISO 2768.
Rigid posts and anchor posts are steel anchors fixed to the roof structure, to which lifelines and fall arrest devices are connected.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
The installation point and type of fixing are determined at design stage, according to the roof covering and load-bearing structure. The installer fixes the base and post with the specified anchors, restores the waterproofing and connects the cable or collars. After commissioning, complete the documentation and inspect the system periodically as specified by the manufacturer.
