What it is
The CSC Edilizia 406-50 double-pitch base post is a structural support for lifelines and fall arrest systems intended for roofs with a double slope. Built from S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel and weighing 16.70 kg, it ensures a sturdy, stable anchor point at ridges and hips. Drilling includes Ø18 mm holes and 18x45 mm slots for fixing and connecting the components, with tolerances in accordance with UNI-ISO 2768.
Rigid posts and anchor posts are steel anchors fixed to the roof structure, to which lifelines and fall arrest devices are connected.

How to use it
The installation point and type of fixing are determined at design stage, according to the roof covering and load-bearing structure. The installer fixes the base and post with the specified anchors, restores the waterproofing and connects the cable or collars. After commissioning, complete the documentation and inspect the system periodically as specified by the manufacturer.
