Position it on a flat base, in a spot not exposed to vehicle impacts, and check periodically that the bund and closures are intact.

A water tank on wheels brings water where there is no fixed connection, such as an early-stage site, a green area or an outdoor event. The advantage is that it can be moved by hand or with a vehicle.
