What it is
The rigid post with absorber, type A – C, CSC Edilizia 506-35 is a load-bearing upright for lifelines made of steel, machined in compliance with the UNI-ISO 2768 standard. The integrated absorber is designed to absorb the energy generated by a possible fall, helping to protect the operator and safeguard the anchoring structure.
Rigid posts and anchor posts are steel anchors fixed to the roof structure, to which lifelines and fall arrest devices are connected.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
The installation point and type of fixing are determined at design stage, according to the roof covering and load-bearing structure. The installer fixes the base and post with the specified anchors, restores the waterproofing and connects the cable or collars. After commissioning, complete the documentation and inspect the system periodically as specified by the manufacturer.
