What it is
Rotating tower type A – C CSC Edilizia 404S is a robust anchor element for fall arrest systems, fitted with a rotating part that follows the operator's movements along the lifeline. Made of S235JR steel (Fe 360 B) and hot-dip galvanised to resist corrosion, it weighs 15 kg, which testifies to its structural solidity. It is fixed by means of Ø18 mm holes and 18x45 mm slots, with machining according to the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768.
Rigid posts and anchor posts are steel anchors fixed to the roof structure, to which lifelines and fall arrest devices are connected.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems and for roof maintenance.
How to use it
The installation point and type of fixing are determined at design stage, according to the roof covering and load-bearing structure. The installer fixes the base and post with the specified anchors, restores the waterproofing and connects the cable or collars. After commissioning, complete the documentation and inspect the system periodically as specified by the manufacturer.
