Cast-in channels Fischer

What it is

Cast-in channels Fischer. Key specifications: regulations ETA, EAD, EN 1992-4, Reg. UE 305/2011 (CPR).

The channel or rail is a steel or aluminium bar with a slot, fixed to a wall or ceiling or cast into the concrete, onto which pipe clamps, brackets and other elements are attached with dedicated nuts and screws.

What it is for

Used for anchoring to walls, ceilings and floors, for building formwork for concrete pours and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Fix the channel with anchors suited to the substrate, level and at the spacings indicated by the manufacturer. Attach the elements to the slot and tighten them to the specified torque. Cut to length and protect the cut area against rust. Do not exceed the loads stated for the length and type of channel.
