Socket RG Fischer

What it is

Sleeve RG Fischer is a chemical anchoring element designed for fixing in substrate holes, made of A4 stainless steel for high corrosion resistance. It has a drill hole diameter d0 of 18 mm, a length L of 90 mm and an effective anchorage depth of 90 mm; it is suitable for RM II 12 / RSB 12, covered by ETA 12/0258 approval and packed in boxes of 10 pieces.

The chemical anchor sleeve is a sleeve, internally threaded or meshed, that is bonded into the hole with resin and allows a screw or rod to be screwed in afterwards; the mesh sleeve is used in hollow materials.

What it is for

Used for anchoring shelves, brackets and structures to walls, for chemical anchoring, where the load or edge distance rules out a mechanical anchor and for structural fixings, where the fixing is load-bearing and must be calculated.

How to use it

Drill, clean the hole and insert the sleeve, filled with resin if it is a mesh sleeve, to the stated depth. Leave it to cure without moving it and only then screw in the screw or rod. Use the diameter and length specified for the load.
