What it is
The 119-23 straight toe board joint by CSC Edilizia is a component for joining toe board profiles of safety guardrails in line, made of aluminium with a weight of 0.12 kg. The Ø6.5 mm holes make it possible to connect two consecutive sections, ensuring continuity and alignment of the toe board along straight runs. Machining is carried out to tolerances in accordance with UNI-ISO 2768.
Posts, bases, joints, end caps and profiles are the components from which a guardrail is assembled: they support the rails and toe boards and connect them to each other and to the structure.

Used for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system and for protecting edges and corners.
How to use it
Choose components from the same system that are compatible with one another. Fit them following the manufacturer's manual, tightening the screws and fixing the bases with anchors suited to the substrate. Do not leave gaps between one element and the next. Periodically check tightness and corrosion.
