Pair of counter-plates for extended base CSC Edilizia 602B

What it is

CSC Edilizia 602B backing plates are supplied in pairs and form the reinforcement element for fixing the extended base of lifeline posts. Made of S235JR steel (Fe 360 B) with a total weight of 5.00 kg, they are positioned on the opposite side of the structure to spread the loads and tighten the anchorage; the Ø13 mm drilling matches that of the base for a precise fit. Machining is carried out to tolerances complying with UNI-ISO 2768.

The backing plate is the plate placed on the opposite side of the structure from the base or anchor, to spread the load when the through bolts are tightened.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Position it on the opposite side of the fixing point and tighten it with the screws provided to the stated torque. Check that it sits snugly against the structure.
