Counter-plate for wide base CSC Edilizia 532

What it is

The CSC Edilizia 532 counterplate for widened base is a reinforcing element for lifeline systems, made from S235JR steel (Fe 360 B) and machined to UNI-ISO 2768. Weighing 7.00 kg, it has 8 slots of 18x26 mm that allow coupling with the widened base, contributing to the correct distribution of loads.

The backing plate is the plate placed on the opposite side of the structure from the base or anchor, to spread the load when the through bolts are tightened.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Position it on the opposite side of the fixing point and tighten it with the screws provided to the stated torque. Check that it sits snugly against the structure.
