Counter-plate for 601 CSC Edilizia 601A

What it is

The backing plate for 601 CSC Edilizia 601A is a reinforcement component for lifeline systems, designed to distribute the anchor loads onto the structural substrate. It is cut from S235JR steel sheet (Fe 360 B) 6 mm thick, a choice that ensures robustness and good workability, and is produced in compliance with the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768. It is the counter element paired with the 601 series anchors.

The backing plate is the plate placed on the opposite side of the structure from the base or anchor, to spread the load when the through bolts are tightened.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Position it on the opposite side of the fixing point and tighten it with the screws provided to the stated torque. Check that it sits snugly against the structure.
