Counter-plate for wide base CSC Edilizia 601V

What it is

The backing plate for widened base CSC Edilizia 601V is the complementary element that, paired with the widened base, completes the fixing of light posts for fall arrest systems. It is made of structural steel S235JR (Fe 360 B), a material that ensures rigidity and the ability to bear the transmitted loads. The holes and slots in the plate are prepared for tightening in accordance with the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768.

The backing plate is the plate placed on the opposite side of the structure from the base or anchor, to spread the load when the through bolts are tightened.

What it is for

Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.

How to use it

Position it on the opposite side of the fixing point and tighten it with the screws provided to the stated torque. Check that it sits snugly against the structure.
