What it is
The CSC Edilizia 612 type C light post with flat base is a structural element for building fall arrest safety systems on roofs. Built in S235JR (Fe 360 B) structural steel, it combines good mechanical strength with long-term reliability. The flat base is provided with a series of Ø14.5 mm holes for fixing to the support, while the general tolerances follow the UNI-ISO 2768 standard.
Lifeline anchors are certified posts, brackets and fixed points that are secured to the roof or structure for attaching lifelines and fall arrest devices.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for work at height, where access and restraint must be ensured for the whole job and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.
How to use it
They are installed to design by a qualified installer, on a verified substrate (timber, concrete, steel, metal sheeting), using the fixings specified by the manufacturer. On completion, the installer issues the declaration and documentation, and the required periodic inspections are carried out. Workers check the anchor before clipping on and do not use it if it is deformed or has already arrested a fall.
