What it is

The DeWalt D25334K-QS rotary hammer is an L-shaped SDS-Plus tool with a 950 W motor and the AVC vibration control system, fitted with a quick-change chuck for switching rapidly between different accessories. With a no-load speed from 0 to 1150 rpm, it offers drilling capacities of up to 30 mm in wood and 13 mm in metal, providing versatility in drilling and chiselling applications.

A rotary hammer drills concrete, masonry and stone by combining rotation and percussion, with an SDS-Plus, SDS-Max or compressed-air connection.

What it is for

Used for drilling reinforced concrete, in hammer or rotary hammer mode and for drilling solid and hollow masonry, clay brick and blocks.

How to use it

Use a detector to make sure there are no cables or pipes at the drilling point. Insert the clean, greased bit until it clicks, set the depth stop and select the operating mode. Drill with the tool held square to the surface using both hands, withdrawing the bit from time to time to clear the dust, and wear safety glasses, a dust mask and hearing protection.
