What it is
The external corner anchor type C CSC Edilizia 601H is a structural element of lifeline systems, designed to handle the change of direction at the external corners of the roof. It is made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel to the general tolerances of UNI-ISO 2768 and has a fixing provision with ten holes, which allow a solid anchorage to the structural support.
Lifeline anchors are certified posts, brackets and fixed points that are secured to the roof or structure for attaching lifelines and fall arrest devices.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for roof maintenance and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.
How to use it
They are installed to design by a qualified installer, on a verified substrate (timber, concrete, steel, metal sheeting), using the fixings specified by the manufacturer. On completion, the installer issues the declaration and documentation, and the required periodic inspections are carried out. Workers check the anchor before clipping on and do not use it if it is deformed or has already arrested a fall.
