What it is
The CSC Edilizia 609-609C internal corner anchor is a component for fall arrest systems and lifelines, made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) steel with a galvanising treatment for corrosion protection. Weighing 3.96 kg and measuring 36 × 36 × 6 cm, it is designed to be installed at internal corners, following the general tolerances of the UNI-ISO 2768 standard.
Lifeline anchors are certified posts, brackets and fixed points that are secured to the roof or structure for attaching lifelines and fall arrest devices.
What it is for
Used as an anchor point in fall protection systems, for roof maintenance and for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system.
How to use it
They are installed to design by a qualified installer, on a verified substrate (timber, concrete, steel, metal sheeting), using the fixings specified by the manufacturer. On completion, the installer issues the declaration and documentation, and the required periodic inspections are carried out. Workers check the anchor before clipping on and do not use it if it is deformed or has already arrested a fall.
