Wood screw VLS Bossong

What it is

The Bossong VLS wood screw (code VLS) is the professional solution for structural fixings on timber supports, designed for carpenters, joiners and building contractors who require mechanical hold and long-term durability.

Wood screws are screws with a wood thread, also supplied with a plug or collar, for assembling timber and fixing frames and battens to walls.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and for fixing into timber, from assembly work to carpentry.

How to use it

Choose a length that penetrates at least two-thirds into the second piece. In hardwoods or near edges, pre-drill to prevent the wood from splitting. Drive with a bit of the right size, keeping the screwdriver in line and setting the clutch so as not to strip the head.
