Wood screw PowerFast II Fischer

What it is

The PowerFast II fixing from Fischer is a fixing solution offered in diameters ranging from 3 to 14 mm, so as to cover a wide range of applications. It belongs to a product system developed according to a reference regulatory framework that includes ETA, EAD, EN 1992-4 and EU Regulation 305/2011 (CPR), confirming the technical consistency of the offer.

Wood screws are screws with a wood thread, also supplied with a plug or collar, for assembling timber and fixing frames and battens to walls.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and for fixing into timber, from assembly work to carpentry.

How to use it

Choose a length that penetrates at least two-thirds into the second piece. In hardwoods or near edges, pre-drill to prevent the wood from splitting. Drive with a bit of the right size, keeping the screwdriver in line and setting the clutch so as not to strip the head.
