Wood screw RST Bossong

What it is

The Bossong RST wood screw (code RST) is the professional solution for secure fixings on timber structures, designed for joiners, carpenters and building operators who require a stable anchorage without compromising integrity. The integrated PVC under-head washer distributes pressure evenly, reducing the risk of deformation or splitting in the material.

Wood screws are screws with a wood thread, also supplied with a plug or collar, for assembling timber and fixing frames and battens to walls.

What it is for

Used for woodworking in the joinery shop and for fixing into timber, from assembly work to carpentry.

How to use it

Choose a length that penetrates at least two-thirds into the second piece. In hardwoods or near edges, pre-drill to prevent the wood from splitting. Drive with a bit of the right size, keeping the screwdriver in line and setting the clutch so as not to strip the head.
