Abac

Abac is a brand of air compressors for professional use. In this collection you will find Abac screw compressors, used to produce compressed air in workshops, on construction sites and in industrial plants where use is frequent and continuous.

Types of compressor in the collection

• Oil-injected screw compressors: available in different power ratings, from a few kW to over 40 kW, and with different working pressures.
• Tank-mounted versions: the compressor is mounted on an air receiver, useful for having a reserve and reducing motor starts.
• Versions without receiver: designed to be connected to a receiver or to an existing network.
• Variable speed models: some designations indicate the presence of the inverter, which matches the power to actual air consumption.

How to choose

The main criteria are the air flow rate needed for the tools connected, the working pressure, the electrical supply available and the space for installation. How many hours a day the machine will run also matters: for intensive use the screw compressor is the most suitable choice.
