Replacement Blades for Utility Knives

Replacement blades replace the worn blades of utility knives: a sharp blade cuts better, needs less force and is safer than a worn one. They are used for cardboard, membranes, carpet, plasterboard and packaging.

Types in the collection

• Snap-off blades of 9, 18 and 25 mm, in packs or dispensers (Stanley, Fervi, Metrica, Unifix)
• Blades for professional and snap-action utility knives (Pavan, Portwest)
• Trapezoid blades for retractable knives

How to choose

First check the blade width, which must match that of the knife, and the model indicated by the manufacturer. Snap-off blades are used in segments: when the tip wears down it is snapped off and you start again with a fresh tip. Dispose of used blades in a rigid container to avoid injury.

Always keep a stock on site or in the workshop: changing the blade at the right time prevents crooked cuts, tears and accidents.
