56 products · Abrasive Sheets and Pads for Random Orbital Sanders

Diamond blades are cutting discs for angle grinders or cut-off saws whose rim is coated with industrial diamonds. They are used to cut hard, abrasive materials that conventional abrasive discs wear out quickly: ceramic, porcelain stoneware, stone, concrete, asphalt and, with the dedicated versions, metal as well.

Types of diamond blade available

  • Continuous rim: for clean cuts without chipping on ceramic and porcelain stoneware tiles.
  • Turbo: continuous serrated rim, for fast, clean cutting on several materials.
  • Segmented: separate segments, including laser-welded, for cement, reinforced concrete, stone and building materials.
  • For asphalt and for emergency use: specific versions for highly abrasive materials or for work on several materials.
  • For metal: diamond blades designed for cutting steel and sections.

The catalogue includes blades from Sea Technology, DeWalt, Unifix, Bossong, Raimondi, Barikell, Breaker and A.M.E.S. srl.

How to choose a diamond blade

Start from the material to be cut: this decides the type of rim. Then check that the diameter and bore match the machine, and that the maximum speed marked on the blade is not lower than that of the tool. For wet or dry cutting, always check the manufacturer's instructions.
