How to choose safety footwear

Check the protection category shown on the label. The S3 designation generally indicates a safety toe cap, a penetration-resistant midsole, an antistatic sole and an upper resistant to water penetration; SRC indicates the grip of the sole on ceramic and steel. Then choose between a high or low model according to the job and the terrain, and try the size with the socks you will actually wear. Comfort matters too: for long days on your feet, lightweight, well-cushioned footwear is the better choice.
