Waterproofing Products

Waterproofing products make terraces, balconies, roofs, walls and foundations water-resistant, preventing leaks and damp. They are applied by brush, roller, trowel or spray, depending on the product and the substrate.

Types in the collection

• Bituminous waterproofers: solvent-based liquids, water-based pastes, elastic membranes and fibre-reinforced coatings, for roofs and foundations.
• Cementitious resins: for waterproofing balconies and terraces before the covering is laid.
• Liquid waterproofers based on resin and water repellents for terracotta, porcelain stoneware and building materials, including solvent-free versions.
• Sealants and repair kits: for balconies and terraces, joints and small repairs, also in spray form.

How to choose

The choice depends on the substrate (concrete, screed, existing membrane, terracotta), on whether the surface is walked on or left exposed, and on how much it is exposed to sun, frost and standing water. Always check the technical data sheet for application conditions, drying times and compatibility with any coverings applied on top.
