Rivets and Eyelets

Rivets and eyelets are used for fixing and reinforcing: rivets join sheets and profiles, while eyelets are metal rings that reinforce holes made in sheeting, fabrics, leather and thin materials, allowing ropes, cords or hooks to pass through without the hole tearing.

How to choose

For rivets, diameter, length and material matter, depending on the thickness to be clamped. For eyelets, the hole diameter, the thickness of the sheeting and the presence of the setting tool matter, which is often supplied in the set. Threaded inserts require the dedicated tool.
