Frequently asked questions: AMES Streetwear — Tracksuits
Are AMES Streetwear tracksuits work overalls?
The tracksuits combine a workwear look with an urban cut, but they are not PPE, that is, personal protective equipment. They are designed for company uniforms with character, capsule collections and team merchandising. They are made to order, with a minimum of 100 pieces per style, and colour and size can be chosen freely.
What is the difference between the Basic Glow and Basic Dark models?
The name indicates two different styles in the base line. The exact colour and composition should be checked on the product page, because the line is being launched. To choose with confidence, ask for a fabric sample before ordering a series.
How can I customise a tracksuit with a company logo?
Tracksuits can be customised by printing or embroidery, for company uniforms or team capsules. The position of the logo, its size and the number of colours affect the technique chosen. Send the artwork file and request a quote, with the application proposal and the number of pieces needed.
How do I choose the size of a streetwear tracksuit?
Measure the waist, the inside leg length and the person's height, and compare them with the size chart of the model. The urban cut may fit differently from classic workwear, so it is best to ask for the specific chart before confirming the order. For a group, collect everyone's measurements in advance.
Can a streetwear tracksuit replace PPE on a building site?
No. For mechanical, chemical, heat or fall risks you need garments with specific marking and a risk assessment, as required by Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 on workplace safety. Streetwear tracksuits are for uniforms and merchandising, not for protection. Ask the seller for the technical data sheet of each product and check which features are declared.
Why aren't streetwear tracksuits always in stock?
Tracksuits are made to order only, so there is no warehouse of unsold garments. This model avoids waste and makes it possible to produce each series according to the customer's needs. The minimum of 100 pieces per style is there to produce a consistent series, and styles are activated on request for a quote.
On what occasions are streetwear tracksuits worn?
They are suitable for company uniforms with an urban feel, for events, for teams that want to stand out and for capsule collections for groups or brands. They are not designed for everyday use on a building site or in a workshop, where technical work garments are needed. Choose the model according to the occasion and the fit you want.
