What it is

A workbench is a sturdy work surface, fixed, folding or mobile, for supporting and clamping workpieces or mounting tools such as mitre saws and bench saws.

What it is for

Used for clamping workpieces, for laying tiles and slabs, from spreading the adhesive to grouting and for cutting ceramics and porcelain stoneware.

How to use it

Open or position the bench on a level floor, locking legs and castors before loading it. Secure workpieces and tools with the clamps and brackets provided, without exceeding the stated maximum load. Fold benches only after unloading them, keeping fingers clear of the hinges.
