What it is
The Barikell Floor 30 joint cutter is the professional solution for precise cutting of expansion joints in asphalt and concrete paving, designed for road maintenance work and localised demolition. Ideal for building contractors and industrial sites that require clean finishes and millimetre-level control, this model combines sturdiness with operational versatility.
Asphalt and concrete cutting machines include floor saws, chain and track-mounted wall saws, cut-off saws and block saws with diamond blades and chains.
What it is for
Used for controlled demolition, where clean cuts and low vibration are required, for cutting concrete and reinforced concrete and for cutting building materials, from clay brick to concrete.
How to use it
Mark out the cutting line and make sure there are no embedded or buried services. Fit the diamond blade or chain suited to the material, checking the direction of rotation and tightening, and connect the water supply to cool the blade and suppress dust. Feed forward without forcing, letting the diamond do the work, and wear hearing protection, safety glasses and a dust mask. After use, clean the machine and the water circuit.
