What it is
Bossong 6.8 / 11-ML cartridges for powder-actuated tools (code: Cartridges 6.8 / 11-ML) are professional components for direct powder-actuated fastening systems, designed to deliver reliable performance with BOSS-8000, BOSS-6000, BOSS-4000 and BOSS-3500 line tools. Ideal for building and industrial operators who require quick, strong fixings on metal and structural materials.
The powder cartridge (charge) is a case with a propellant charge that, in the powder-actuated tool, drives the nail into the substrate. It is identified by calibre and power.
What it is for
Used for nailing battens, formwork and timber structures, for powder-actuated fastening into concrete and steel and for fixing into timber, from assembly work to carpentry.
How to use it
Use only cartridges of the calibre and power specified for the tool and suited to the substrate, starting with the weakest one and doing a test. Load them just before use, after checking the substrate and edges. Store in a dry, locked place, out of reach of unauthorised persons. Wear goggles and ear protection and work only with trained personnel.
