Key features
- Cutting capacity (mm)60
What it is
Frame shears. Key specifications: cutting capacity (mm) 60.
Shears are two-bladed tools, hand-held or bench-mounted, that cut sheet metal, branches or sections with a scissor action, depending on the model.
What it is for
Used for wiring control panels and installations, for floor laying, from the screed to the finish and for cutting everyday site materials.
How to use it
Choose the model for the material and thickness: right-cut, left-cut or straight-cut aviation snips for sheet metal, loppers for gardening, and a bench shear for thicker sheet. Feed the material deep into the blades, close to the pivot, and close them with a firm movement without twisting. Wear cut-resistant gloves against sheet metal edges and keep the blades clean, lubricated and with the pivot properly adjusted.
