Variable-angle hinge, CSC Edilizia 119Q

What it is

The CSC Edilizia 119Q variable-angle hinge is a component for safety guardrails that allows elements at different inclinations to be connected, adapting to the irregular geometries of the site. Made from S235JR steel (Fe 360 B) and machined to UNI-ISO 2768, it weighs 1.10 kg and has a galvanised finish to resist corrosion outdoors.

Rods, extensions, bases, supports and joints are the components and accessories fitted to build or complete a temporary guardrail.

What it is for

Used for fall protection, as part of a fall arrest or work restraint system, for protecting edges and corners and for construction site safety.

How to use it

Choose components from the same system that are compatible with the guardrail installed. Fit them at the points indicated by the manufacturer, tightening screws and clamps well, with no openings left between the parts. Check tightness before every shift and after wind or bad weather.
