What it is
The CSC Edilizia 40 hopper support frame is a support structure designed to hold and support the hopper on site, making it easier to load and handle bulk materials. It is made of S235JR (Fe 360 B) structural steel with a galvanised finish against corrosion and weighs 7.80 kg, with machining in accordance with the general tolerances of the UNI-ISO 2768 standard.
The frame or support for the debris chute is the metal structure from which the hopper or the first section of the chute is hung.
What it is for
Used for setting up the construction site, for demolishing masonry and concrete structures and for managing and collecting production and job-site waste.
How to use it
Fix it to the floor slab, scaffold, parapet or window sill with the specified fixing systems, checking that it can bear the weight of the entire loaded chute. At every shift check tightness and welds, and replace anything that is deformed. Do not modify it and do not load it beyond the stated limit.
