What it is
The DeWalt DCN8904-XJ non-magnetic nose piece is a specific accessory for the DeWalt DCN890 concrete nailer, compatible with the machine's cordless power supply. It is the end component through which the fastening is guided: the non-magnetic version meets specific operating requirements during installation. As a spare part, it allows the tool's equipment to be restored or completed, keeping it efficient.
The nose or nail guide is the interchangeable end part of the tool that guides the nail and keeps it aligned on the fixing point. Magnetic ones hold the nail.
What it is for
Used for nailing battens, formwork and timber structures, for powder-actuated fastening into concrete and steel and for fixing into timber, from assembly work to carpentry.
How to use it
Fit or replace it with the tool disconnected and with no nails or charges loaded, choosing the compatible model. Check that it is firmly fixed and keep it free of residue. Replace it when worn, otherwise the nail comes out crooked.
